Dr Frank Houllis | Chief Processing Officer
Dr Houllis is a chemical engineer with over 25 years’ experience and is a processing expert with extensive experience in commercialisation of flowsheets. 

 

Frank's previous roles included CEO of Magnis Energy Technologies, Director of Imperium 3 Townsville and Project Leader at ANSTO Minerals.

Graham Milner | Engineering Manager
Mr Milner is a Chartered Engineer, with 40 years’ experience in Oil, Gas and Mining.  After 15 years with British Gas, he then worked for many  internationally recognised engineering & construction contractors including 15 years with Foster Wheeler.  Graham also has extensive experience working in the Middle East, Europe, Asia and Australia on projects ranging from multi-billion dollar green field EPC Projects Petronas - Utilities Kertih (Malaysia), Immingham CHP Project (UK)) to major T&I’s and Term services on working refineries.

Digby McLeay | General Manager Corporate Communications
Mr McLeay is a corporate communications, government and media relations specialist.

 
In Government, Digby has served as Chief of Staff, Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Media Advisor to Premiers, Ministers and Opposition Leaders. In private enterprise Digby has worked for local and international corporations, companies and charitable organisations.

Mr Graham Reynolds | Operations Manager 
Mr Reynolds has over 30 years' experience in mining & minerals processing. Graham commenced his career at BHP and is a chartered professional of the Australian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy with Post Graduate qualifications in extractive metallurgy & environmental chemistry. Graham has worked in Australia & internationally, across various commodities, 
in operational & development roles including Operations Manager, Technical Manager, Business Improvement Manager and Capital Manager.

Sam Spencer | Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Spencer has over 20 years’ experience in the technical and economic development of innovative mining/metals, oil/gas and utilities projects around the world including the A$2B Sunrise Ni-Co-Sc project in NSW, the A$38B  Petronas Refinery and Petrochemical Integrated Development (RAPID) complex in Malaysia & the BFS/FEED for the original A$7B Weda Bay Nickel project in Indonesia. Sam was also previously involved in development within the EV and battery producers industry.

Mr Boyd Willis | Chief Metallurgist  
Mr Willis holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Applied Chemistry) Boyd has 40+ years’ experience in process engineering with 31 years’ experience in complex hydrometallurgical processes for base metal recovery including 26 years in the treatment of nickel laterite ores. Boyd has been involved in over 30 nickel laterite projects. His experience spans process development, design & coordination of detailed testwork & pilot programs, process modelling and managing studies from scoping level through PFS & DFS plus 15 years in plant operations
